I'm stopping by to share my DT post for Time Out current challenge #246 where we have to inspired by these words - The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” ~ Chinese Proverb.And this is what I've created....

To make this card, I took A2 size White card base and ink blended it with very lightly with Blue and Green Distress inks.
Meanwhile, I die cut out all these elements using Aveccreative - Love2Craft dies from Action on White Card stock. Then, I colored these using Distress Inks. I arranged all the ink blended elements using foam & glue to give it some dimension.
After that, I added the Black die cut out Congrats sentiment from Your Next Stamp along with the hand written sentiment to complete this card.
